Yesterday we carried out a site appraisal of our new project in Sunnymead, Oxford. The site is host to a two-storey 1960’s dwelling built over split levels, backing directly onto a quiet tributary of the River Cherwell. Key drivers for the project include extensive refurbishment, internal reconfiguration to make the most of those views and a contemporary addition, with potential for connecting to the water.
