Our Green Park housing development for Coastal Housing Group has just completed its first construction phase, with 10 dwellings now being handed over. The full scheme consists of 34 dwellings on brown field site just outside Port Talbot town centre. NPTCBC’s ‘River Walk’ creates a green ribbon between the development and the River Afan.
