It’s been one of the more logistically challenging projects in the Practice this year, but our glazed Penthouse extension in Swansea City Centre has recently been completed. The Clients’ brief was for a semi-outdoor space from which to enjoy the views out to Swansea Bay whilst being sheltered from the prevailing weather. Specialist glazing was specified for the entire envelope of a new Sunroom, regulating light and heat levels within, with part of the wall opening onto to the existing terrace.
