Here’s the latest shot from our Ty Ffynone project which completed recently. The scheme was predominantly an extensive refurbishment, with the addition of a red zinc dormer which emerges from the existing rosemary tile roof and enhances the views to Swansea Bay. A more recent conservatory and dilapidated ground floor roof was replaced in the same zinc finish.
