Conversion and refurbishment of Grade II listed farmhouse and barns on the Gower Peninsula.

Scope of works included delicate insertion of a Green Oak frame into one of the derelict barns and reinstating the farmhouse’s principal facade in local Gower Stone.

Winner of Swansea Built-in-Quality Award 2004 for new dwellings and barn conversions and the Swansea Lord Mayor’s Award for Vernacular Features 2004.
