A contemporary family home designed around a courtyard garden.

The site offers a number of constraints and proved contentious with the local planning authority. Our scheme achieved a successful planning approval after a rigorous design process. Referencing  the natural fall of the site, the dwelling is split over several levels, each wrapping and opening onto a central landscaped courtyard.
