It’s been a busy couple of months! Summer and deadlines go hand in hand as lots of our projects get to site. Today we visited our Westwinds project in Langland which broke ground some weeks back. The first retaining walls for the lower ground floors have started emerging out of the bank and it’s these deeper, cooler spaces which will accommodate the sleeping quarters, with the ground floor at street level being given over to living space, maximising the outstanding views over Langland Bay.
