Our extension and refurbishment of a period dwelling in Sketty has reached practical completion stage. The proposals took a redundant store above an existing Garage and transformed them to provide the Clients with a Garden Room opening onto manicured lawns and paved terraces. A Utility Room at ground floor level also links the existing Garage and Kitchen which also underwent refurbishment. More to follow.
