Cartref Cynnes

We were appointed as Architects by TRJ as part of a Design and Build contract to deliver the detailed design for this DQR and Lifetime Homes compliant Extra Care Facility for Family Housing.

Cartref Cynnes offers 61 apartments for singles and couples over 55, and those assessed as needing care by Carmarthenshire County Council.

The scheme is devised around a courtyard garden, with lightwells and smaller courtyards providing natural light + ventilation to deep into internal spaces.
