Bespoke dwelling on the Gower Peninsula. Winner of LABC Swansea ‘Best Individual New Home’ Building Excellence Award 2014.

A contemporary home based on a vernacular Welsh model around a walled courtyard. The scheme makes extensive use of sustainable technologies to reduce the buildings impact on the environment and utilises indigenous materials to graft the dwelling to its landscape setting.
