Extensive refurbishment of existing dwelling in Uplands, Swansea.

The project comprised predominantly of refurbishing and reconfiguring interior spaces and included a red zinc dormer and covered balcony which enhances views to Swansea Bay. A dilapidated ground floor roof and more recent conservatory were also replaced with the same zinc finish which is far more sympathetic to its context.
